TRIPLEX: All rented with annual leases that began or renewed in 2022. BEAUTIFUL established tree lined Tindal St in Myrtle Beach located just off 62nd Ave. N. Approximately 8 blocks to the beach, and so very close to numerous restaurants, grocery stores, shopping centers, hospital, Doctor's offices, gas stations, etc. There is so much MORE POTENTIAL with this property. Lot measurements 80x140. HUGE BACKYARD. Each apartment has a little patio out back along with a utility room which houses their washer/dryers and/or storage. Owner does not provide nor service washers and dryers. The expenses are landscaping, water, sewer, and trash. Tenants pay electric, wifi/cable. The owner rents out two of the units, and one of the units is managed by a local property mgt. company. UNIT A and B are occupied. Unit C already has a lease in place, however, tenants are waiting to move in after updates are made. There may be a *possibility* of seeing this unit while the work is being completed. As we all know, tenants do NOT like to accommodate showings, therefore, PLEASE PRESENT A VALID OFFER TO PURCHASE with a due diligence timeframe of being allowed in prior to making arrangements to view the inside of the apartments so that the tenants are not disturbed.
